Eat Better: Snack on The Clock!

Here is a cool tip I learned while I was at the Dr. Oz show: When you get hungry between meals, try setting an ordinary kitchen timer for 15 minutes and grab a small glass of water. If, when the timer goes off, you are still hungry, grab a healthy snack. Have your healthy snack planned in advance and don't wolf it down. When you take the time to plan and enjoy your snack you will feel satisfied.
